A French car manufacturer, Citroen was well famous for being the first car company outside the US to mass-produce vehicles. Way back in 1934, they surprised the world with their launching of the Traction Avant, being the first mass-produced front wheel drive car.
Citroen was admired for its innovation by producing unique cars at affordably low prices. They were one of the pioneers in designing aerodynamics that greatly improved fuel efficiency.
